COVID-19 And our Notary and Insurance Operations

Your health and safety are our priority

Health and safety are our first priority. Effective 03/23/2020 our agency has implemented our remote operations procedure. Fortunately, we are able to fully service all of our customer accounts- both Notary and Insurance. Presently we have announced that we will be in the office on Mondays and Thursdays to tend to our mail, however we have advised our customers please refrain from office visits. We will continue with our Notary processing without interruption. Having said that, while we greatly appreciate speaking with our customers, we ask that you contact us via email as opposed to calling in. However, in the event you do need to speak with us and call, please rest assured that we will return your call if you leave us a message.

In addition, we invite you to visit our FB and IG pages to stay connected. We will post any relevant information pertaining to the Florida Department of State, Notaries Division that may affect our operations.  

We will hope that you will also maintain safe practices and follow the important updates from the WHO and the CDC, as well as our local and State Government agencies. As we work towards getting through this crisis, I will like to say thank you for your continued support as we continue to provide our services to each of you. In short, when we face challenges together we tend to overcome and come out that much stronger.
