In Honor and to observe Independence Day, our office will be closed Friday, July 3rd. We will respond to your emails on Monday July 6th, 2020.
We hope you join us in celebrating our independence and freedoms that we have been given and work to maintain. Thank you.
To our Notaries, it has come to our attention that there have been some delays in the delivery through the USPS. We are still processing applications on schedule, however, the actual commissioning at the State may be impacted due to the COVID-19 situation. If you are renewing, we recommend that you submit your completed application as early as possible.
Join us in honoring those fallen soldiers this Memorial Day.
Our office will be closed and resume remote operations Tuesday 05/26/2020. As the State has authorized the reopening of non-essential businesses this week, we will continue our remote operations until further noticed. This in no way will affect our agency's ability for sales, and service. In those instances where a personal meeting is requested, a simple appointment schedule is all that is necessary. Our agency staff will be wearing PPE and our office will be set up to properly adhere to our standards, in addition to the CDC recommendations of social distancing. Please understand we will absolutely not accept any walk in business without these precautions.

Fortunately, we are able to fully service all of our customer accounts- both Notary and Insurance. Presently we have announced that we will be in the office on Mondays and Thursdays to tend to our mail, however we have advised our customers please refrain from office visits. We will continue with our Notary processing without interruption. However, in the event you do need to speak with us and call, please rest assured that we will return your call if you leave us a message.
In addition, we invite you to visit our FB and IG pages to stay connected. We will post any relevant information pertaining to the Florida Department of State, Notaries Division that may affect our operations.
