REMOTE ONLINE NOTARY

On January 1st, 2020 the law that allows a current Florida Notary Public to perform remote online notarization (RON) was in effect. Please read entirely (of course, if you have any questions, please reach out to us!)

YOUR PROCESS IS MUCH MORE STREAMLINED!

REQUIREMENTS:

· You must hold a current Florida Notary Commission 

· You must complete an online education course. It's a simple 2 hour course done completely online. (Below you will find the link to the education providers)

· You must contract a RON service provider which will provide you the technology to support and perform online Notarization. 

· Your RON package will include the required $25,000 Notary Bond and $25,000 Errors and Omission insurance policy.

Once you have completed the above step and obtain your Notary Commission, we will provide you with your $25,000 Notary Bond to submit along with your Registration Application to the State of Florida.
